DHO1000 series
DHO1000 시리즈 디지털 오실로스코프에는 RIGOL에서 개발한 2세대 칩셋이 장착되어 있습니다. 노이즈 플로어(Noise floor)가 낮고 12비트의 고해상도 오실로스코프 DHO4000은 아주 작은 신호도 확인할 수 있습니다.
